Force Order Sync: This feature allows users to manually trigger the import of orders from Amazon, bypassing connection delays, ensuring immediate synchronization when needed.
Overview
This help guide will explain the standard Amazon (Amazon MFN) integration we offer on Mintsoft. There is a monthly fee for using the Amazon integration, this fee covers you for all connections to Seller Central.
Prerequisite - Adding and authorising an Amazon connection
Before adding your Amazon integration on Mintsoft, please log out of any active Seller Central sessions. Additionally, when authorising the Amazon connection please make sure you have logged in through om.mintsoft.co.uk.
Setting up and connecting to Amazon
To integrate with Amazon on Mintsoft, please do the following:
Click Connect then click Order Integrations.
Click the Premium tab then select Amazon.
Click Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse.
Select the Channel.
Then, complete the following fields:
MarketPlace: This is the region for the integration. Please see Supported Marketplaces below for the list of countries.
Sellerid / Merchantid: This is the seller or merchant id from Amazon.
(Optional) Order Prefix: A prefix to add before the order number.
(Optional) Connection IOSS: This is the IOSS number for the Amazon connection
Once complete, click the Amazon MFN tab.
Keep MFN Active off until you’re ready to connect.
Configure the following fields:
MFN Frequency: This delays for new orders to import from Amazon into Mintsoft. The default synchronization delay is set to 15 minutes. For higher order volumes, it is recommended to increase this delay to 30 minutes to ensure smoother operation and prevent sync overlaps.
Mark Order As Despatched: When you enable this toggle, Mintsoft sends a despatch update to Amazon after you pick and despatch the order. If the toggle is disbaled, Mintsoft adds a comment to the connect action and doesn't mark the order as despatched in Amazon. It is highly recommended to enable this toggle for seamless automation, as it ensures that dispatch updates are automatically sent to Amazon, reducing the manual workload and minimizing errors.
Sync MFN Stock Level: Turn this on if you want to synchronise stock.
Sync MFN Stock Level Frequency: This is how frequently you would like the stock to synchronise.
Sync New MFN Products: Turn this on if you want to import new products on Amazon.
Product Sync Frequency (Hours): This is how frequently you would like to sync new products.
Include Bundles In MFN Stock Sync: If you sell your stock in bundles, to sync stock for these items, select this.
Sync Stock Only where inventory existed: This only synchronises the levels if stock exists in Mintsoft for the product.
Import ShipBy and Delivery Dates: This imports the ShipBy and Delivery dates. You can use this option to improve despatch metrics.
Numbers Of Days to Check back from Orders: How many days in the past you want Mintsoft to check for orders. We recommend setting this as -7.
Import Prime Flagged Orders Only: When you turn on this setting, you'll only import Amazon Prime orders. Regular orders won't be imported at all.
What this means for you:
With this setting on: You'll only import Prime orders into Mintsoft.
With this setting off: You'll import both Prime and regular orders.
Click Update.
Click Authorise against the new account.
Log into Seller Central then click AuthoriseMintsoftSellingPartnerAPI.
Click Confirm.

Amazon FBM and MFN
Mintsoft's integration with Amazon is through MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network), this is Amazon's terminology for FBM.
Amazon 25-day PII data retention
As part of Amazon's data retention policy, any orders dispatched or cancelled over 25 days ago will have their PII data (Name, address, email, mobile, phone) scrubbed from Mintsoft. Once an order from Amazon has passed the 25-day mark, the PII data will be wiped at the end of the day. This is part of Amazon's Data Retention policies and the User Acceptance Criteria for using the Amazon API.
All PII data on an Amazon order will be replaced with Removed for Amazon Data Retention Policy.
Multiple region stock sync
Amazon shares all stock for a single SKU across all marketplaces in Europe (including the UK) so as there is a stock sync occurring for each account, the UK and non-UK stock syncs are updating the same value. This is how Amazon Seller Central works. As a workaround, you can set alternate SKUs against the ASIDs on Amazon for a specific marketplace and then map this in Mintsoft. To set this up, please do the following:
Setup alternate SKUs against the ASIDs on Amazon for a specific marketplace (UK, DE, IT, etc).
Then on Mintsoft, click Connect then Order Integration.
Click the Premium tab then Amazon.
Find the connection that matches the marketplace you set the ASIDs against (UK, DE, IT, etc).
Click Edit then click the Amazon MFN tab.
At the bottom of the page set the Alt Code to Amazon Alt Code.
Then click Update.
Next, click Channel Alt SKU Mapping against the connection you just updated.
Set the Product you want it to pull the figures from and the Alt SKU (ASID) for the product in Amazon.
Repeat Steps 8-9 for all products you want to sync to the specific marketplace.
