If you are receiving this error (Error Occurred: Error Code10047 Description:Invalid Value) when shipping with Evri, it is because the Product Price and/ or the Order Value is missing from the order.
Once these have been added please do the following:
Click Orders then Overview.
Tick the affected order.
Select Recalculate Order Value From Product Prices from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
Finally, click Go.
