If you are unable to create a shipment and get an error message (Unable to translate bytes [E9] at index 623 from specified code page to Unicode. or Unable to translate bytes [92] at index 600 from specified code page to Unicode.). Check that the customer details and the address details on the order contain no special characters. If a special character is there, please remove it then try generating the shipment again.
