Prerequisite - Obtaining Credentials
Please contact your Aramex Account Manager to acquire credentials and commence setup.
Setup the connection in Mintsoft
Once the Account details have been acquired, the connection can be configured within Mintsoft. To set up the integration in Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Click the Premium tab.
Click Aramex then Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client or keep as ALL.
Select the Warehouse or keep as ALL.
Enter your UserName and Password.
Enter the Version.
Enter your Account Entity, Account Number, Account PIN and Account Country Code.
Enter your Source.
Finally, click Add.
Creating Aramex courier services
After the account has been added, please follow the steps below to add courier services:
Click Shipping Management then Couriers.
Click Add new Courier then create a courier for Aramex.
The Aramex Tracking URL is: https://www.aramex.com.au/tools/track?l={0}
Click Shipping Management then Couriers.
Click ManageCourierServices against the Aramex courier.
Create a Courier Service.
Click Shipping Management then Extras.
Click Courier Service Codes then Add New Courier Service Code.
Populate the Service using the table below -
Note: For now, only FRDM and all services that accept customs value are supported.
Service Code | Description | Full Description |
CODS | Cash on Delivery | Receiver pays the cost of the goods. |
FIRST | First Delivery | Committed delivery time at the destination country. |
FRDM | Free Domicile | Sender pays part/or all the customs charges and the receiver consignee doesn’t pay anything of the shipping or handling charges. |
HFPU | Hold for Pick Up | The receiver picks up the consignment from an Aramex/Partner facility. |
NOON | Noon Delivery | Committed delivery time BEFORE Noon at the destination country. |
SIG | Signature Required | Physical receiver signature required upon delivery. |
Extra Code 1 (Product Type).
EXP (Express).
DOM (Domestic).
Extra Code 2 (Product Group).
Extra Code 3 (Payment Type).
P (Prepaid: Transportation Charges payable by shipper).
C (Collect: Transportation Charges payable by consignee).
3 (Third Party): Currently not supported.
Extra Code 4 (Description of goods): Users description of the sent goods.
Extra code 5 (Dimensions): Width, Height, Depth separated by “;” (i.e. 15;20;25).
Click Shipping Management then Extras.
Click Courier Service Code Mappings then Add New Courier Service Code Mapping.
CourierServiceId – Select the wanted Aramex Courier Service, previously introduced in the ManageCourierServices section before
CourierServiceCodeId – Select the wanted CourierServiceCode, previously introduced in Add New Courier Service Code section above.
