Channel Advisor Integration Features
Order sync
Stock and Product sync
Prerequisite - Obtaining credentials
To integrate Channel Advisor with Mintsoft, you will need the following info from Channel Advisor:
ProfileID - This is the ID of your channel advisor account - It can be found on by logging into Channel Advisor and visiting Company Information within My Account.
If you sell across marketplaces in multiple countries, you may have different ProfileID's in channel advisor for each of these countries. You will need to repeat the setup process for each separate ProfileID that you want to link to Mintsoft.
DCCode - This is your distribution center code. You might need to get Channel Advisor Support to set you up a new distribution center if you want to ship from multiple warehouses e.g. FBA and a bespoke fulfillment comparing. Note: Only orders lines that are set to be fulfilled by this distribution center code will be imported in Mintsoft.
You can find this on Channel Advisor under Inventory then Distribution Centre's.
Note: Can't work out your ProfileID or DCCode? Email the Channel Advisor Support Team they will soon point you in the right direction - support@channeladvisor.com.
