FedEx - Inactive customer account

If you receive the following error (Error Unable to Create Shipment:Notification no. 0 Severity: ERROR Code: 2209 Message: Inactive customer account Source: ship) when shipping with FedEx please speak to your FedEx account manager as there could be an issue with your account, additionally, if you are using a different courier service for the first time from FedEx please check this is active on your FedEx account for API Shipping (Generating the courier label through Mintsoft)
