Orders Overview - Search functionality

To enhance the process of locating specific orders on Mintsoft, you can utilise the SKU search feature on the Orders Overview page to display only those orders that include designated products. This functionality provides an additional method for filtering orders and works in conjunction with the existing filters available on the Orders Overview page. The attributes you can search by include the Tracking Number, Order Number, or the product details such as Serial or Batch Number.

The attributes listed below can be utilised for searching, please note the colon is required:

Only one attribute can be used at a time for searching. These must be exact matches, so you need to search for the full SKU, Tracking Number or Serial Number etc.

To use these search options, please click Orders then Overview and use the Search box to enter one of these attributes.
