To print DPD or Interlink labels, you must use the Courier Printing Tool as they don't provide a PDF document via their API.

Adding a DPD connection

To set up a connection with DPD/ DPD Local (Interlink), please do the following:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Click DPD or DPD Local (Interlink) then click Add Account.

  3. (3PL Only) Select the Client.

  4. Set the Warehouse.

  5. Set the Type -

    • DPD.

    • DPD Local.

  6. Set the Label Type.

  7. Enter the Account Number, Username and Password from DPD.

  8. (Optional) Enable Consolidate.

    • This allows for merging consignments if you create another shipment to the same address.

  9. Click Add.
