3PL Accounting - Viewing an invoice

Overview

Once you have confirmed an invoice, you can view it. Additionally, client-level users will also be able to access and view the invoice data.


Viewing an Invoice - Warehouse User

To view a confirmed invoice as a Warehouse User, please do the following:

  1. Click 3PL Accounting then Overview.

  2. Select the Client from the View Invoices section.

  3. Then click View.

  4. You will now see a summary of all confirmed invoices for the selected client.

  5. Next to each confirmed invoice are different actions you can take -

    • View: This will show a detailed breakdown of the invoice.

    • PDF: This will allow you to print out a PDF summary of the invoice.

    • Export Invoice: This will export the invoice into Excel.

    • Unconfirm Invoice: Clicking this will unconfirm the invoice, the items invoiced will appear back in the Unconfirmed Invoiced Items section allowing changes to be made, the invoice will need to be confirmed again.

    • Create Invoice In Accounting Integration: This will create the invoice in a 3rd party integration (Xero, Quickbooks, etc).

Viewing an invoice - Client User

To view an invoice as a Client User, please do the following:

  1. Click 3PL Accounting then Overview.

  2. Next to each confirmed invoice are different actions you can take -

    • View: This will show a detailed breakdown of the invoice.

    • PDF: This will allow you to print out a PDF summary of the invoice.

    • Export Invoice: This will export the invoice into Excel.


Viewing the Extended Invoice Report - Warehouse or Client User

For Warehouse and Client Users you can also view an extended version of the despatch data which includes product codes on each order:

  1. Click Reports then Overview.

  2. Scroll down to the 3PL Client Accounting Reports section.

  3. Next, click Extended Invoice Report.

  4. Select the Invoice.

  5. (Optional) Select the Channel and Warehouse or leave as ALL.

  6. Click Filter.


Unconfirming an invoice

If changes need to be made to an invoice within 3PL Accounting, you can click the UnConfirm Invoice button, and this will allow you to make changes to the invoice and confirm it again when ready. The invoice will appear on the client's Unconfirmed Invoices page.
