Warehouse User Roles and Permissions do not influence Custom 3rd Party API connections. The access control measures available for limiting Warehouse User access in relation to Custom 3rd Party API connections are restricted solely to Warehouse Access and Client Access.
To restrict warehouse access for a Warehouse User Account, please follow the steps below:
Click Settings then Warehouse User Accounts.
Find the user.
Click Actions then Manage Warehouse Access.
Tick the warehouses you want the user to have access to.
Untick the warehouses you want to restrict access to.
Finally, click Update.
(3PL Only) To restrict client access for a Warehouse User Account, please follow the steps below:
Click Settings then Warehouse User Accounts.
Find the user.
Click Actions then Manage Client Access.
Tick the 3PL clients you want the user to have access to.
Untick the 3PL clients you want to restrict access to.
Finally, click Update.
