Access Mintsoft app - Receiving ASNs to Cartons and Pallets

Please note, the information listed in this article apply to customers using the Cartons and Pallets module on the Access Mintsoft app. For more information on the additional module please review the Cartons and Pallets help guide.


ASNs - Receive to existing carton or pallet

To receive an ASN to an existing carton or pallet on the Access Mintsoft app, please do the following:

  1. Within the Access Mintsoft app select ASNs.

  2. Scan or select an ASN.

  3. Select Receive to Carton/Pallet.

  4. Scan the Carton or Pallet Barcode.

  5. Assign a location.

  6. Next, scan the SSCC or Product Barcode.

  7. Select the Quantity to book in.

  8. Select Confirm Quantity.

    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If the full quantity hasn't been received yet, press the back arrow in the top left corner to be brought back to the contents of the ASN.

  9. Repeat for any additional products.

  10. Finally, select one of the following actions:

    • Partial Book ASN: The ASN has arrived and had most of the stock booked in but not all of it.

    • Mark ASN Complete: The ASN has reached its final state and has been completed and ready to be invoiced.

    • Mark Awaiting Put Away: The ASN will show within the Awaiting Put Away tab.


ASNs - Receive to new carton

To receive an ASN to a new carton on the Access Mintsoft app, please do the following:

  1. Within the Access Mintsoft app select ASNs.

  2. Scan or select an ASN.

  3. Select Receive to Carton/Pallet.

  4. Select Receive to New Carton.

  5. Select the Carton Type.

  6. Enter or scan a unique Carton Code then select Continue.

    • Alternatively, choose the option to Auto-generate Carton Code.

  7. Next, scan or select the Location you want the Carton assigned to.

    • The Carton will be generated within Mintsoft, and the carton label will be sent to the Courier Print Tool for printing.

  8. Next, scan the SSCC or Product Barcode.

  9. Select the Quantity to book in.

  10. Select Confirm Quantity.

    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If the full quantity hasn't been received yet, press the back arrow in the top left corner to be brought back to the contents of the ASN.

  11. Finally, select one of the following actions -

To receive an ASN to a new pallet on the Access Mintsoft app, please do the following:

  1. Within the Access Mintsoft app select ASNs.

  2. Scan or select an ASN.

  3. Select Receive to Carton/Pallet.

  4. Select Receive to New Pallet.

  5. Select the Pallet Type.

  6. Enter or scan a unique Pallet Code then select Continue.

    • Alternatively, choose the option to Auto-generate Pallet Code.

  7. Next, scan or select the Location you want the Pallet assigned to.

    • The Pallet will be generated within Mintsoft, and the pallet label will be sent to the Courier Print Tool for printing.

  8. Next, scan the SSCC or Product Barcode.

  9. Select the Quantity to book in.

  10. Select Confirm Quantity.

    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If the full quantity hasn't been received yet, press the back arrow in the top left corner to be brought back to the contents of the ASN.

  11. Finally, select one of the following actions -

    • Partial Book ASN: The ASN has arrived and had most of the stock booked in but not all of it.

    • Mark ASN Complete: The ASN has reached its final state and has been completed and ready to be invoiced.
