When can I download the Access Mintsoft app?
The Access Mintsoft app is available to download from the Google Play store. The Access Mintsoft app is only available on Android.
Can I test the scanner function within the app?
The Access Mintsoft app features a scan test function located in the app's settings. To access this, tap the three lines in the top left corner (commonly referred to as the hamburger icon), then select Scanner Settings/Testing. After that, scan a barcode; if your scanner is properly configured to use Simulate Keystroke, the barcode should display. Should the barcode fail to appear, please verify that your scanner has been set up correctly following our Scanner Configuration help guide.
The new app keeps crashing or showing a blank white screen
If the Access Mintsoft app is crashing or displaying a blank white screen, the issue is likely related to the Android system. Please make sure your Android System WebView is up to date, you can update it through the Google Play Store.
Can I turn off location verification for a mobile picker?
Location verification is a Warehouse level settings meaning it will apply to all pickers fulfilling orders for that Warehouse. To turn off location verification for all pickers in Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:
Click Warehouse then Manage Warehouses.
Find the warehouse you want to manage from the list.
Click Edit.
Disable the Verify Locations When Mobile Picking toggle.
Finally, click Save.
Does the app have Replen functionality?
