What is the Access Mintsoft app?
The Access Mintsoft app is a refreshed and redesigned application for customers using Mintsoft to help them carry out their actions whilst on the go.
When can I download the Access Mintsoft app?
The Access Mintsoft app is available to download from the Google Play store. The Access Mintsoft app is only available on Android.
Can I manually download the APK?
We offer customers the ability to download the Access Mintsoft app APK from the Settings page within Mintsoft.
Important: Unlike downloading from the Google Play Store, these will not be automatically updated; you must download the latest version every release.
Can I test the scanner function within the app?

The new app keeps crashing or showing a blank white screen
If the Access Mintsoft app is crashing or displaying a blank white screen, the issue is related to the Android system. Make sure your Android System WebView is up to date. You can update it through the Google Play Store.
Can I turn off location verification for a mobile picker?
Location verification is a warehouse level setting, meaning it will apply to all pickers fulfilling orders for that warehouse. To turn off location verification for all pickers in Mintsoft:
Click Warehouse then click Manage Warehouses.
Find the warehouse you want to manage from the list.
Click Edit.
Disable the Verify Locations When Mobile Picking toggle.
Click Save.

The Access Mintsoft app is up to date with the latest software.
