ECWID (Wix) Integration

ECWID (Wix) Integration Features

  • Order sync

    • Imported in Paid and Awaiting Processing status

  • Stock and Product sync

  • Despatch Updates (Status and Tracking info)

  • Both V1 & V3 Supported (API not available on Free Ecwid Plans)

Note: We do not offer a direct integration with Wix on Mintsoft, instead we integrate with ECWID which connects to the Wix Integration.


Prerequisite - Generating Keys

Mintsoft doesn't have a direct integration with Wix, instead, we connect through ECWID to the WIX platform.

  1. To generate keys for ECWID, please follow the link to Create an App.

  2. Select the option to Customize a store if this application provides a feature for only the individual store(s) you are working on.

  3. Mintsoft Requires the following to complete the integration -

    • Public Token.

    • Secret Token.

    • Store ID.

      • This is located at the bottom of the page on ECWID.


Setup - Adding the account on Mintsoft

Once you have this information from ECWID, please do the following:

  1. Within Mintsoft, click Connect then Order Integrations.

  2. Select ECWID then click Add Account.

  3. Configure the following options:

    • (3PL Only) Client: Specify who the client is for this integration.

    • Warehouse: Set the warehouse associated with this integration.

    • Channel: Choose the channel through which to import orders.

    • Store ID: Enter your Store ID.

    • Order Prefix: Define the prefix added at the start of order numbers.

    • API Type: Select either V1 or V3 depending on your API.

    • API Keys: Enter the appropriate keys for either V1 or V3.

    • Active: Make this active when ready to start importing orders.

    • Frequency (Minutes): Set how often dispatch updates sync back to ECWID.

      • We recommend 15 minutes.

    • Stock Sync: Turn this on to enable stock syncing.

    • Stock Sync Frequency (Minutes): Set how often stock should sync.

      • We recommend 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

    • Sync New Products?: Turn this on if you want to import new products created on Wix.

      • ECWID supports new product import but not updates to existing ones.

    • Product Sync Frequency (Hours): Set how frequently to synchronise new products.

      • We recommend one hour.

  4. Click Add.
