Changing the email address for a Warehouse User Account is done in two places:
Changing the email address on Access Evo
If the Warehouse User hasnโt joined via their sign-up email, you can delete the member from the Members area and invite them again using the correct email address. If a Warehouse User needs to change their email address, an Administrator of Access Evo can follow the steps below to change this:

To change a user's email address:
Click on Members icon in the top right of Access Evo.
Search for the relevant user.
Click the 3 dot menu on the user's contact card.
Click Change email address.
Enter the new email address for the user.
Click Change.
Changing the email address on Mintsoft
To change your email address listed on Mintsoft, please do the following:
Within Mintsoft click Settings then User Settings.
Enter the email address you wish to use.
This is used for sending scheduled reports and notifications to.
Changing the email address in Mintsoft will not affect how you sign in.
Then click Save.
To change the email address of a different Warehouse User (Left Business, On Holiday etc), please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
