If you have Replen Tasks that are stuck this could be down to:
No stock in the location to replen from.
The stock was moved in bulk while tasks were outstanding.
To resolve a replen task you need to do the following:
Go to Warehouse then Transfer Inventory.
Select the Client and one of the Products in question.
Choose the Warehouse.
Select the Quantity and Location required to complete the Replen Task.
Transfer the Inventory.
Go back to Warehouse then Reactive Replen Tasks.
Complete the Replen.
If you have replen tasks that cannot be completed due to the orders being cancelled but need to be cleared from Mintsoft, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
