This method lets you create a template that defines the format for uploading orders to Mintsoft. You won't need an existing CSV file - instead, you'll build a reusable template.
Create a new custom spreadsheet mapping
Go to Orders then click Upload New Order.
Click Custom Spreadsheets.
Click Create New Spreadsheet type.
(3PL only) Select the Client or leave as ALL.
Enter a name for your Template.
Select whether your spreadsheet is Multi-Line:
When enabled, each product in an order appears on a separate row in your spreadsheet.
Select the Delimiter your spreadsheet uses.
In the Format section, add fields in the same order they appear in your spreadsheet:
Enter {{ignore}} for any columns you don't want to import.
Click Add to save your template.
Edit an existing custom spreadsheet mapping
Go to Orders then click Upload New Order.
Click Custom Spreadsheets.
Click Edit next to the spreadsheet you want to update.
Add or remove fields in the Format section:
Enter {{ignore}} for any columns you don't want to import.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Note: To delete a custom spreadsheet, click Delete next to the spreadsheet name.
Troubleshooting upload errors
Successfully uploaded orders display an Order Status in the results. If you see an error or no status appears, check these common issues:
SKU numbers don't match or don't exist in Mintsoft.
Selected file format doesn't match your actual file.
Country field is empty or doesn't use ISO country codes.
