Please be advised Vend HQ has been renamed to Lightspeed.
Lightspeed Connections are charged at £25 per connection, per month.
If your e-commerce warehouse shares inventory with a physical storefront, then you need to keep your inventory levels in sync between both your storefront and warehouse.
Our integration with Lightspeed automatically imports all sales from the physical store from a specific store location within your warehouse that you select.
The Integration automatically marks all orders as shipped in the warehouse but can also import orders as awaiting fulfilment for the warehouse to ship if there was no stock available in the store at the time for the customer to take or the customer wants it shipped to their home address.
Setting up a Lightspeed connection on Mintsoft
To set up a Lightspeed connection on Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:
Click Connect then click EPOS Integrations.
Click Lightspeed.
Click Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Enter your store address in the URL field.
Leave all other settings off for the moment.
Click Add then click the Auth Lightspeed button.
Log in on the Lightspeed screen. Enter the first part of the Lightspeed store URL.
Click the Connect button to connect to Mintsoft.
Then, click Edit.
Select the Warehouse and Channel.
Enter the Corresponding Mintsoft Location.
This is the Location Name.
If you operate a multi-location setup on Mintsoft, we advise you to set up a location for your Lightspeed store in your Mintsoft warehouse and then use this as the default location from which to deduct stock. If there's no stock in the default store location, we deduct it from unassigned.
Enter the Courier Service To Import Closed Orders As.
When importing closed orders from Lightspeed what Courier Service you want to assign.
Enter the Statuses To Import As Despatched.
Enter the status(es) you want to import orders from Lightspeed into Mintsoft as Despatched.
Example: CLOSED.
Enter the Statuses To Import To Fulfil.
Enter the status(es) you want to import orders from Lightspeed into Mintsoft ready for fulfilment.
(Optional) Set an Order Prefix.
Make the connection Active once ready.
Set the Frequency to import order.
Enable Stock Sync and set a Stock Sync Frequency.
(Optional) Enable Sync New Products? and set a Product Sync Frequency.
Products created in Mintsoft sync through to Lightspeed.
Next, set the Number Of Days to Check back for Orders.
Finally, click Update.
Connecting to multiple outlets
The Lightspeed integration on Mintsoft supports connecting multiple outlets to the same URL. To set this up, please follow the steps below:
Click Connect then click EPOS Integrations.
Click Lightspeed.
Click Outlets against the affected connection.
Select Outlet & Warehouse then click Create.
Note: To successfully set up multiple outlets, users must have one warehouse per outlet.
Reauthorising a Lightspeed connection
To reauthorise your Lightspeed connection on Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:
Click Connect then click EPOS Integrations.
Click Lightspeed.
Next, click Disconnect Lightspeed.
Then, click the Auth Lightspeed button.
Log in on the Lightspeed screen. Enter the first part of the Lightspeed store URL.
Click the Connect button to connect to Mintsoft.
