DHL eCommerce Integration Summary

  • Create DHL eCommerce Shipments.

  • Shipment Manifests.

  • Used for shipments from UK to US or UK to Australia.


Prerequisite - Obtaining credentials

Please contact your DHL eCommerce Account Manager to acquire credentials, this is required prior to adding the account on Mintsoft.


Setup the connection in Mintsoft

Once you have the Credentials from your DHL eCommerce Account Manager, the connection can be configured within Mintsoft:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Next, click DHL eCommerce and Add Account.

  3. (3PL Only) Select the Client.

  4. Set the Warehouse (Can be set to All).

  5. Select the Country.

  6. Enter your Username and Password.

  7. Enter your Client ID.

  8. Enter your Distribution Center (DHL Facility).

  9. Enter the DHL eCommerce Pickup Account Number into Pickup Account and SoldTo Account.

    • You might have separate numbers for each field if you are using the V4 API Version.

  10. Select either V2 or V4 as the API Version.

  11. Finally, click Add.


Obtaining a manifest

Once shipments have been created, they will need to manifested daily to transmit the data to DHL. To obtain a manifest, please do the following:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Next, click DHL eCommerce, finally click Manifests.


3PL Only - Client Account Mappings

As a 3PL you can map your Client's ID to an existing DHL eCommerce connection, to add a client account mapping, please do the following:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Next, click DHL eCommerce, finally click Client Account Mappings.

  3. Select your Client from the dropdown.

  4. Enter their DHLeCommerceClientID then click Create.
