Once you've mapped courier services against Wowcher delivery options, you need to add external courier names to update Wowcher orders with despatch information. Wowcher only accepts specific courier names for despatch updates to work correctly.
Update courier names in Mintsoft
Before adding external courier names, ensure your courier names in Mintsoft match Wowcher's accepted values.
In Mintsoft, click Shipping Management.
Click Couriers.
Find the affected courier and click Edit.
Ensure the Courier name exactly matches one of the accepted courier names listed below.
Click Update.
Note: The courier's name must be an exact match, including capitalisation and spacing.
Add external courier names
After updating the courier's name in Mintsoft, add an external courier name for Wowcher.
Click Shipping Management then Extras.
Click External Courier Service Names.
Click Add External CourierService Name.
If you're using 3PL, choose the Client.
Leave the CourierServiceId field blank.
Choose the Courier from the dropdown (for example, DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail).
Select Wowcher as the Source.
Enter the Name exactly as it appears in the accepted courier names list below.
Click Add.
