Product Management - Manage Inventory

In order to see a full breakdown of your stock, you can do the following:

  1. Go to Products then Overview.

  2. Search for a Product.

  3. Click Actions then Manage Inventory.

  4. Here you will see a full breakdown of the product.


What does each column mean?

  • StockLevel: This value will show all OnHand stock currently in your Warehouse including any allocated to orders.

  • Allocated: This shows what stock out of the StockLevel is allocated to an order.

  • OnHand: This value is all OnHand stock you have available to pick in the Warehouse.

  • AwaitingReplen: This will show you any stock that needs Replenished.

  • OffHand: This value is any stock you have in a Non-Pickable location.

  • OnOrder: This will show any stock due to arrive at the Warehouse as per an ASN.

  • Required By BackOrder: This value will show any orders that require this product.

  • In Quarantine: This is any stock you have Quanratined (Faulty, Damaged, etc.).

  • Scrap: This is any stock you have marked as scrap due to it being Damaged etc.

  • In Transit and In Transition: This is any stock being used to build a Kit.
