OnBuy - Orders not dispatching

If you encounter the following error ("success":true,"results":{"":{"success":false,"message":""" is an invalid URL","errorcode":null) while attempting to dispatch orders through OnBuy on Mintsoft, it may be due to the courier service not having a tracking link within Mintsoft.

To resolve this and be able to dispatch orders through OnBuy, please do the following:

  1. Click Shipping Management then Couriers.

  2. Find the Courier and click ManageCourierServices.

  3. Find the Courier Service affected and click Edit.

  4. Add the Tracking URL.

  5. Click Update.

  6. Next, click Connect then Import Errors.

  7. Find the error.

  8. Tick the Error and from the drop-down choose Resync Connect Action.
