Box packing lists provide detailed records of items packed in each box for multi-box shipments. You can generate standard lists or create custom templates to match your business requirements.

Generate a standard box packing list

Once you've picked and packed an order, generate a box packing list from the Scan Actions page.

  1. Go to Orders then click Overview.

  2. Find your order.

  3. Click Actions then click Pick Order.

  4. Click the dropdown arrow next to Print Despatch Note.

  5. Click Generate Box Packing List.

Note: Box packing lists only include products verified through barcode scanning. Manually verified products won't appear on the list.
