There are two ways to remove product images from Mintsoft, depending on how the image was added:
Image URL
If the product image is hosted on an external website or e-commerce platform:
Click Products then Overview.
Find the relevant product.
Click Actions, then Edit.
Remove the URL from the ImageURL field.
Click Save.
Removing Image URL in bulk
To remove the image URL in bulk on mintsoft, please do the following:
Click Products then Overview.
(3PL Only) Filter by the Client whose products require updating.
Click Bulk Export Products.
A CSV file will be downloaded.
Open and update the CSV.
SKU: Please ensure the SKU is entered and stays the same, changing this will cause new products to be created instead.
Image URL: Remove the URL.
Save the CSV file.
To upload your changes, click Products, then Extras next click Upload Products.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Click Choose File then browse to the file you just saved.
Click Upload.
Uploaded JPEG
If you manually uploaded a JPEG image to Mintsoft:
Click Products then Overview.
Find the relevant product.
Click Actions, then Delete Image.
This will successfully remove the product image from Mintsoft.
