Picking - Cannot verify quantity

This error (Cannot verify quantity: When orders only require: via Mobile App - Barcode: Quantity: Overridden: False) typically occurs when the quantity being picked by the warehouse staff is higher than the quantity required on the order.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify the required quantity – Ensure that the picked quantity matches the order requirements.

  2. If a change is needed (increase or decrease):

    • Cancel and delete the order.

    • Update the quantity on the Order Channel (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).

    • Allow the order to reimport into the system with the correct quantity.

  3. If the issue persists, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
