This article explains how to set up and configure the Storefeeder integration with Mintsoft. The integration enables order management, tracking updates, and product synchronisation between the two systems.
Integration features
The Storefeeder integration provides the following features:
Imports sales orders.
Updates tracking numbers.
Updates despatched status.
Option to automatically import new products from store (product sync).
Imports purchase orders (ASN) and updates to receive on Storefeeder.
Prerequisites
Obtain API GUID key
Before setting up the integration, contact Storefeeder to generate an API GUID key. You'll need to use this key along with your Storefeeder login credentials when setting up the connection in Mintsoft.
Configuration options
ImportDownloaded setting
The ImportDownloaded setting controls which orders are imported from Storefeeder:
Set to false (recommended): Only imports orders that haven't been marked as downloaded.
Set to true: Imports all orders regardless of their download status.
When Mintsoft successfully imports an order from Storefeeder, it marks the order as downloaded. On the next import, Mintsoft only requests orders that haven't been downloaded yet.
Note: Enabling ImportDownloaded will import all orders, including those previously imported then deleted from Mintsoft. This slows down the connection as it processes more orders but allows you to re-import deleted orders.
Order status configuration
You can choose which order statuses trigger imports to Mintsoft. View the available statuses at: https://rest.storefeeder.com/Help/ResourceModel?modelName=OrderStatus-Statuses
Important: Use the numeric value when configuring order statuses in the integration settings.
