This article explains how to set up and configure the Veeqo integration with Mintsoft. The integration enables comprehensive order management, stock synchronisation, and automated purchase order processing between the two systems.

Integration features

The Veeqo integration provides the following features:

  • Order sync.

  • Stock and product sync.

  • Despatch updates (status and tracking information).

  • Create ASNs directly from purchase orders in Veeqo.

Configuration settings

Suggested configuration

Order Import Status: Set to awaiting_fulfillment (Ready To Ship).

You can configure multiple statuses by entering them as a comma-separated list with no spaces between values. Available status values include:

  • awaiting_payment

  • awaiting_stock

  • awaiting_fulfillment

  • shipped

  • on_hold

  • cancelled

  • refunded

Obtain API token

To set up the Veeqo integration with Mintsoft, you'll need an API token. Follow these steps to generate one:

  1. Log in to your Veeqo account.

  2. Navigate to the Employees page in the top right corner.

  3. Click Add New Employee. Tip: You can add the API to an existing user, but creating a new employee helps track who makes changes.

  4. Once you've created the user, go to Edit User.

  5. Scroll down to the API Key Section.

  6. Either copy the existing API Key or click Refresh API Key to generate a new one.

  7. Copy the API Key that's generated.

Set up warehouse connection

Warehouse name and ID

If you're unsure which warehouse name and ID to use for the connection:

  1. Leave the warehouse fields blank.

  2. Save the connection with the API key entered.

  3. Click the Get Warehouse button to retrieve available warehouses.

Customer notifications

Turn the Request Veeqo to Notify Customer When Shipped? toggle to ON if you want Veeqo to send notification emails to customers when orders are marked as Despatched in Mintsoft.
