On-Stop Overview
Mintsoft provides functionality to quickly flag a client as On-Stop. Each 3PL Client account is configurable with an On-Stop flag which, when this flag is activated and a client is placed on-stop, will prevent the completion of several key tasks around the system.
Putting Client on Stop
To put a 3PL client On-Stop within Mintsoft, navigate to:
Click Clients then Overview.
Search for client.
Click Actions then Edit.
Enable the OnStop toggle.
Finally, click Save.
Dashboard Widget
Clients that are OnStop can be easily identified using the Dashboard Widget by going to Dashboard then going to the green gear sign on the top left of the dashboard, then selecting Add Module and choosing ClientsOnStop.
Detailed Analysis
The Client Overview screen has been updated to show when a client is on-stop, providing a quick reference for effective Client Account Management as shown in the image below. It is also possible to extract this data when Generating the CSV Export.
