Client user password reset FAQ

Can I set the password for the client user account?

No, you cannot choose or set the password when resetting a client user account password. The system automatically generates a new password.

Client user accounts must reset passwords that are over a year old to comply with Amazon's security requirements.

Reasons an account can become locked

There are a few reasons a client user account can become locked out:

  • Multiple logins of the same account can cause the account to be locked out.

  • If your password has changed, ensure your old password is not auto filling into the password field.

  • Three unsuccessful login attempts will cause the account to lock out.
