A Picking List can be created to use as the Picking Summary sheet when picking orders.

Creating Custom Picking Table

To create a custom picking table on Microsoft Word, please do the following:

  1. Open Microsoft Word.

  2. Create a table with two default rows and a few columns (you can add as many columns as you can be based on the data you want to show in each column).

  3. In the first row add the title of each field.

  4. In the first field of the second row, you can start by adding merged picking tags.

  5. You would need to start the table with the tag TableStart:Picking and end with TableEnd:Picking.

  6. You can add the tags via Insert, Explore Quick Parts, and then Fields.

  7. From the list of fields names select MergeField.

  8. In the Field Name, you can enter a value from the Merge Pick Table list.

  9. The field name needs to match exactly as shown in this article.

  10. You would need to repeat the same step for each field you want to add in the Picking Table.
