Expected Processing Time
Minvo processes videos based on their length. The general rule is:
Processing time is appromiately half the length of the video
Example: A 1-hour video typically takes 30 minutes to process.
Minimum processing time: 5 minutes
If your video is taking significantly longer than expected, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check the Video Source
YouTube or Vimeo Import: If your video was imported from YouTube or Vimeo, the import API may be temporarily down.
Wait a few minutes and try again.
If the issue persists, try downloading the video and uploading it manually.
Uploaded from your device: If the video was uploaded directly, it could be corrupted or use non-standard encoding.
Try re-exporting the video in a standard format like MP4 (H.264 codec) and re-uploading.
2. Ensure Your Video Has Clear Audio
Minvo requires clear and audible speech for processing. If the audio is:
Missing
Too low in volume
Distorted or unclear
Then the AI may struggle to process it. Try enhancing the audio and re-uploading the video.
3. Wait a Bit Longer
If your video is within the normal processing time, let it continue. However, if it's taking longer 3 hours (beyond reasonable expected processing time), move to the next step.
4. Contact Minvo Support
If your video is still stuck, reach out to Minvo Support for assistance. Provide the following details:
Video length
How it was uploaded (YouTube/Vimeo import or direct upload)
