How to Translate and Dub Your Videos in Minvo

How to dub the language speech into another?

Minvo allows Pro+ users to quickly translate video subtitles into 50+ languages. You can also enable AI dubbing to generate a voiceover in the translated language, making your content accessible to a global audience.

Minvo uses the original language of your video to detect moments, applies AI-powered translation, and can generate new subtitles or dubbed audio in the selected language.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • AI dubbing is available only for Pro+ users.

  • Dubbing is limited to 5 minutes per video.

  • If your video exceeds 5 minutes, the dubbing feature will not process the full video.

You can still translate subtitles even if the video is longer.

✅ Steps to Translate and Dub Your Video

1️⃣ Open the Video Editor

Make sure your video is uploaded and open in the Minvo Video Editor.

2️⃣ Go to the Transcript Panel

On the right side of the editor, click “Transcript.”

This panel allows you to manage subtitles, translations, and dubbing options.

3️⃣ Open the Translation Tab

Inside the Transcript panel, switch to the “Translation” tab.

This section is where you manage subtitle translations and dubbing settings.

4️⃣ Click “Add New Translation”

Select “Add New Translation.”
This will open the translation setup options.

From here you can:

  • Choose the target language

  • Enable AI dubbing

  • Generate the translated subtitles and voiceover

💡 Pro Tip

After translating, you can still edit the subtitles to fix wording or adjust phrasing for better accuracy.
