When you export a video in Minvo, the system automatically checks all media URLs to ensure they are valid before sending the rendering job to our servers.

What Happens During Export?

  1. Quick Media Check

    • Minvo verifies all media URLs (videos, images, audio, etc.).

    • This process is usually very fast and may only flash briefly before proceeding to export.

  2. Handling Invalid Media

    • If any media is invalid, Minvo will display a message explaining the issue.

    • The message will guide you on how to remove or replace the invalid media so you can successfully render your video.

How to Fix Invalid Media Issues

βœ… Check all uploaded media files to ensure they are accessible and correctly formatted.
βœ… Replace broken media links or re-upload any missing assets.
βœ… Try exporting again once all invalid media have been addressed.
