How to Add a Teammate to Your Minvo Account

If your subscription/license comes with seats, this is how to add users/teammates to your account.

If your Minvo subscription includes multiple seats, you can add team members to collaborate on your projects. Follow the steps below to invite a teammate to your account.

Steps to Add a Teammate

  1. Go to Team Management

    • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Minvo website.

    • From the dropdown menu, select "Manage Team".

  2. Check Your Subscription (If You Don’t See "Manage Team")

    • If the "Manage Team" option is missing, your subscription may not include multiple seats.

    • Verify your subscription details in the Billing section.

  3. Accessing the Team Management Page

    1. Open Minvo and Go to Team Management

      • Navigate to the Team Management page from your account settings.

    Adding a Team Member

    1. Enter the New Teammate’s Email

      • In the Team Management section, locate the Add Members field.

      • Input the email address of the person you want to invite.

    2. Assign a Role

      • Choose the appropriate role for the new team member (e.g., Admin, Editor, Viewer).

    3. Confirm and Send the Invitation

      • Click Add or Invite to send an invitation to the new teammate.

    Removing a Team Member

    1. Find the Member in the List

      • Locate the teammate you wish to remove.

    2. Click “Remove”

      • Select the Remove button next to their name.

      • Confirm the removal when prompted.

    Additional Notes

    • Only admins or owners can manage team members.

    • If a removed member needs access again, you’ll need to reinvite them.


    If you don’t see the "Manage Team" option in Minvo, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

    Steps to Enable Team Management

    1. Refresh the Page

      • Sometimes, the option may not load immediately. Try refreshing the site and checking again.

    2. Check Your Subscription

      • The "Manage Team" option is only available if your subscription includes more than one seat.

      • If you have a single-seat plan, you won’t see this option.

    3. Still Not Seeing It?

      • If you have a multi-seat subscription and still don’t see "Manage Team", please contact Minvo Support for further assistance.

    Brand Access in Minvo

    • All team members have access to all brands in Minvo.

    • Currently, there is no option to limit access by brand, but this feature is on our roadmap for future updates.

    Switching Between Brands

    1. The user Must Accept the Email Invite

      • Invited team members must create an account using the email they were invited to.

      • They should have received an email invitation to join the team.

    2. Switching Between Brands

      • If a user doesn’t see the expected videos, they may need to switch brands.

      • Click on the top-right corner of the Minvo dashboard to switch between brands.
