As of June 14, 2024, Minvo now separates Social Accounts by brand.
If you have connected social accounts to Minvo in the past, you may have connected it to one brand and it would have shown up for all brands. We received feedback that this makes it hard for teams with multiple brands to keep social accounts separate.

Now, the brand you have selected at the top-right will be where social accounts are connected.
What should I do if I can't find my social accounts?
Go to "Social" tab from the top navigation
Select "Accounts" in the sidebar
If you don't see the accounts you expect, click the "Brand Selector" at the top-right
With the new brand selected, if you see the social account you expect, click the 3 dots at the top-right of the Account Card
You can now choose to move it to the brand you would like it to be connected to, or copy it if you would like to be able to post to that account from multiple brands
