How can I add external web pages to my Library?

You can add the content of web pages directly to your Libraries.
Once indexed, the text from the page is searchable and available in le Chat.

Indexing a webpage

1. Open your Library and add a webpage

From the Libraries page, open your Library and click the Webpage button at the top left.

2. Add a valid URL

Enter the URL (1) of the page you want to index.

You can add one or more URLs at a time. Click + Add URL (2) to include additional pages.

🔑 Only the content of the page itself is indexed. Child pages are not included. Charts and images are not indexed—only text.

3. Wait for processing

Click Index (3) to start.

On the Files page, your webpage will appear with the status Processing while the page is crawled, converted into Markdown, and indexed.

🔑 Processing time depends on the size of the page and may range from a few seconds to several minutes.

When processing is complete, the webpage is part of your Library and can be queried like any other document.

The page is crawled, converted into Markdown, and indexed as any other Library document. The data is stored in secure storage with customer isolation.

Do you index images or charts?

No. Only text content is included.
