As all purchases and transactions are handled directly by Apple, you can review your past purchases and request a refund by signing into the Apple portal.   

**Please note the portal only displays purchases made within the past 30 days.  

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Click on the link below
  2. Sign in with your iTunes account
  3. Click on "Report A Problem" next to the app your interested in
  4. Fill out the form, be sure to select the correct option in the drop down menu
  5. Submit
