As all purchases and transactions are handled directly by Apple, you can review your past purchases and request a refund by signing into the Apple portal.
**Please note the portal only displays purchases made within the past 30 days.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Click on the link below
- Sign in with your iTunes account
- Click on "Report A Problem" next to the app your interested in
- Fill out the form, be sure to select the correct option in the drop down menu
