If you launch MixCam and one of your camera (front or back) is black, this is likely because another app is consuming the resources to properly launch the camera.  
Running two cameras at once is only supported on newer devices (iPhone XR, XS, XS Max, 11 and 11 pro running iOS 13 and later)

Here is how to fix it if you are running once of the devices above:

Relaunch MixCam and start capturing with the front and back camera!
