Texts are printed in a variety of fonts and styles. This can sometimes cause Reading Roo to recognize text blocks as separate sentences or merge sentences together that were not intended to be merged.
If this occurs, you can easily make the adjustment in the editing function.
HOW TO SEPARATE SENTENCES:
Select the pencil icon on the bottom right of the screen
2. Select the text block you want to separate
3. Tap and hold onto the word you want separate. If it is only one word you want to move, drop the word into the box below. If you want to move multiple words, see step #4.
4. While holding onto the first word, tap other words you want to move and drop it into the box below.
5. Select the white X on the top right to exit the menu and save changes.
HOW TO MERGE SENTENCES:
Tap Select
2. Select the text boxes you want to merge. Be sure to select it in the order you want the sentences to appear
3. Select merge on the top left corner. Then select merge again in the pop up to confirm the changes
4. Select Done
