Bonus Activation Issues
One of the more common issues we encounter are players that have deposited the amount stated to activate the bonus, however the bonus isn’t activated. First let us apologise if this is true in your case and hopefully this will explain why this has likely happened and how to fix it.
Given that players are able to redeem and multiple bonus codes and may have several active at any one time, players must choose which Bonus (or no bonus) they wish to attribute the deposit too.
This is done via selecting the bonus within a list dropdown field located on the deposit "pop-up" window as shown here.
Unfortunately, as the bonus & deposit systems are automated, it's not presently possible for support staff to trigger or enable a bonus on a player’s account. The only option would be for the player to withdraw and retry the deposit ensuring the bonus is selected as shown in the image above.
We would recommend withdrawing via BSC or Tron networks for the lowest withdrawal fees & if the bonus hasn't triggered properly please contact support after withdrawal and redepositing, and support staff will reimburse the withdrawal fee to your account.
