The quick note-taking feature is easy to use, time-efficient, and an overall game changer for scouting. The content is easy to find and automatically shared with the Group Admin… all you have to do is add a new note.
Add new notes
Here’s how to do it:
First, search for the player that you want to take notes on. Click on their name so it takes you to their player detail page.
Notice the tabs underneath the players stats and click on
NOTES, or the respective button on mobile.Here you’ll find a search box and a plus sign right next to it. Click on the plus sign to add a new note. Write a note about the player and add tags to help you stay organized and find your note efficiently. Use tags that you associate with each player or position so that you’ll never forget a note.
When you’re finished taking notes click
DONE/SAVEin the green box in the upper-right corner and voila: the note is saved and shared with the Group Admin.
Add new tags
You can assign descriptive, searchable tags to each note allowing a subfolder style system to help organize your notes. You can also nest these tags and assign several tags to each note. Four tags are already saved as presets: Agent, Contract, Personality, Injuries. You can add to this list by creating your own tags to make sure to find your notes quickly. Simply click ADD A TAG at the bottom of the note editor to create your shortcut and share or publish them to others working in the same team. With an efficient tagging system like this, it will be easy to keep a huge number of notes organized.
Squad Management
If you want to make it even easier for yourself, you can get a quick glance at all your notes on your favorite players in the Squad Management section (see below: the star button on the sidebar). Once you click the star button, it will take you to your Squad Management page, highlighting your favourite players.
As a Group Admin you can have a look at all of the notes of your team members. Just filter them by players, tags or scouts and get the most important feedbacks with just one click of a button. You can also add notes on your favourite players here as previously mentioned.
Needless to say you can also modify and delete notes of your scouts. Be aware that if you delete a note, it will also disappear for the author.
