Scenes are the foundation of ads. In addition to housing all of the elements in an ad, the transitions and style settings on scenes can have an important impact on the final presentation.

In this article, we'll cover:

Scene Time

The scene time controls how long a given scene is displayed. You can adjust the scene time by typing in the desired time (in milliseconds), or by adjusting the time using the Plus and Minus controls. You will be able to adjust the scene time for each scene in your ad.

๐Ÿง  Pro Tip: If you are using video or animation elements in your ads, be sure the scene time allows enough time for those elements to appear fully on screen.

Transition Type

Set your scene transition to slide or fade, instant or stack. The scene transition type is set on Scene 1 and will apply to all scenes within your ad.

  • Slide: Your scenes will transition by sliding the elements from the next scene into view.

  • Fade: Your scenes will transition by fading the elements from the next scene into view.

  • Instant: Your scenes will transition by immediately cutting over to the next scene.

  • Stack: Your scenes will transition by stacking the elements from the next scene into view.

Animation Speed

For the Slide or Fade transition types, you can control the speed at which the transition takes place with the Animation Speed field. Adjust the animation speed by typing in the desired time (in milliseconds) or by adjusting the time using the Plus and Minus controls.

Pagination

Turning on pagination will trigger pagination controls on your ad so users can navigate from scene to scene. You can adjust the appearance of these toggles by changing their shape, orientation, position, size, spacing, and color. This will apply to all scenes in your ad.

There are numerous settings for pagination, including shape, orientation, position, size, spacing, and color. To learn more about elements, follow this link.
