FAQ
Why is my video upload stuck at 1%?
If your commercial's file size is over 200 MB, we recommend using our Dropbox upload option for faster and more reliable processing.
My video is 30 seconds longβwhy is it being rejected?
Your commercial must be exactly 15 or 30 seconds in duration. Even a slight difference can cause the video to be rejected. We recommend checking the duration in your editing software and making any necessary adjustments to make sure it meets the requirements before uploading.
My video could not be finalized and was rejected. What does this mean?
This indicates we were unable to process your video due to technical issues. Common reasons include:
βBroken frames β Parts of the video may be corrupted or missing.
Missing audio β The audio track might be incomplete or not properly attached.
Time Base Number (TBN) and Frame Rate (FPS) mismatch β These settings must match to ensure smooth playback. A mismatch can cause playback issues like broken frames or audio sync errors, which impact ad quality.
To resolve this, please check your video file for the reasons above, re-export it, and upload to the platform.
