First Time Installing Pixels
Pixels are required to launch on MNTN.
1️⃣ Once your MNTN pixels - both tracking and conversion - have been placed on your site, head back into your account for next steps.
2️⃣ Navigate to the pixel page by simply selected "Pixels" from the top-right corner of your account.
3️⃣ Once here, be sure to complete the Provide Site Details section of the pixel step for a seamless and timely QA. Site Details Include:
GA Account ID: should you want to track MNTN performance within your Google Analytics dashboard, providing your GA account ID will help our team ensure the integration is set up.
Test Site URL: if you are leveraging a test site to place your pixels, please provide that URL in order for our team to QA the setup before your team moves the pixels to the live environment.
Out of Stock URL: providing an example out of stock product allows our team to reference its variables to prevent out of stock products from populating your dynamic product carousels.
Conversion Point URL: provide an example conversion point(s) URL where your conversion pixel has been placed.
Notes: provide any relevant notes that you feel would be beneficial for our team's QA.
💡Note: Find details on MNTN's integrations into GA4 and Universal Analytics here.
4️⃣ As soon as you've provided your site details, click the green I Installed This button. Our team will then be prompted to QA your site to ensure pixels are placed properly.
💡Note: After selecting 'I installed this', it takes 48-72 business hours for our team to QA your setup and provide feedback or approval confirmation.
5️⃣ A member of your support team will reach out with any feedback and follow-ups.
6️⃣ Once approved, you will be notified via an in-app notification.
💡Note: You can return at any given time to grab your pixel code by navigating back to My Account | Pixel.
