Overview
Portfolio Reporting allows Portfolio Admins to view a rolled-up view of performance across all advertisers in a given portfolio. This feature is designed to provide multi-account visibility in a single reporting experience — useful for agencies, holding companies, and internal teams managing multiple advertiser accounts. Portfolios also exist for reporting. Administrators will be able to:
Manage reports for portfolios and organizations.
Edit reports created by other team members in your organization.
Report on high-level and drilled-down analytics at the advertiser or portfolio level
How It Works
If you're a Portfolio Admin, you'll automatically see Portfolio Reporting available in the left-hand navigation panel once logged in.
Clicking into Reporting while at the Portfolio level will allow you to view:
Aggregate metrics for all advertisers in the portfolio
A full list of advertisers (each with expandable reporting)
Filter Reports
In this list view, filter your reports by Type (Default Reports, Templates) and Status (Live, Archived, Inactive).
Manage Assignments
To manage assignments for your reports, select Manage Access. This allows you to search and toggle the accessibility of the report on or off for advertisers within your Portfolio.
Edit Settings
Either assign reports to your advertisers' template drop-downs in Report Builder, or within your advertisers' reporting sidebars on the Reporting tab.
Edit the settings of your report by clicking Edit Settings, which will allow you to choose the type of report and the status of the report.
Start building your new report by selecting Customize from the menu dropdown, which will take you directly into Report Builder.
Duplicate a Custom Report
You can duplicate custom reports across accounts in their portfolio to save time and ensure consistency. Once shared, each report can be customized per account — no need to rebuild from scratch.
Click the advertiser name in the top-right corner of your dashboard and select the account that contains the custom report you want to duplicate.
From the left navigation panel, under My Admin, click Reports.
Use the search bar in the top-right to find the report you want to duplicate.
Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of the report name and select Manage Access.
In the Manage Access modal:
Toggle on each account you’d like to give access to.
Once access is toggled on, the report becomes visible to the selected accounts.
⚠️ Warning: Only accounts within your portfolio will be available.
Customize Reports for Each Account
From the Reports window, click the three dots (⋯) next to the shared report.
Select Customize.
Make any necessary edits for that specific account’s version.
⚠️ Warning: Don’t change the Type setting under Edit Settings. Setting it to Template may cause the report to disappear and will require support to restore.
You can also change the report status to:
Live
Archived
Inactive
