What is the MNTN Insertion Order?
The MNTN Insertion order is a document that contains line items related to an advertising arrangement you intend to execute. It contains the specifics of the ad serving parameters you intend to communicate and agree upon with your finance team. It is the final step in the ad proposal process.
How do I View my Insertion Orders?
The Insertion Order management list will show you the vital information from all the insertion orders you have generated, including:
Status of your order (e.g. archived or active)
Start Date
End Date
Prospecting Budget
Retargeting Budget
Who created the insertion order
How do I generate an Insertion Order?
You can generate insertion orders in My Account, using the Insertion Orders tab. Using the insertion orders option within My Account allows you to:
Creating a new Insertion Order
Upon selecting "Create New Insertion Order" from the list view (above), fill out the form with your desired inputs to generate a PDF document to preview and download.
The PDF insertion order form allows you to specify:
Billing Contact
The billing contact can be selected from the Dropdown. Only billing contacts that have been specified in the General section of My Account are eligible to be selected. You can edit your billing contact in the General section if you wish to make them available to add to your insertion orders.
Start/End Date
Specify the start and end date for the insertion order by simply selecting the desired date using the date picker for each.
Prospecting Budget
Enter the budget you wish to reflect on the insertion order for your prospecting campaigns.
Retargeting Budget
Enter the budget you wish to reflect on the insertion order for your retargeting campaigns.
Previewing an Insertion Order
Leverage the options menu for any insertion order in the list to Preview your insertion order.
Download an Insertion Order
Select Download from the options menu to generate a PDF download of the insertion order directly into the browser on your computer.
Archiving an Insertion Order
Select Archive to remove your insertion order from it's Active status, allowing you to track the relevant insertion orders you are attempting to fill.
