Whether you’re new to MNTN or seeking a quick refresh on our platform and its capabilities, this curated article collection is for you.

Our courses are designed to help you navigate each area of the platform, as well as coach you through best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Navigating Your MNTN In-App Support

Welcome to MNTN's in-app Help Center, where you can receive personalized assistance from our support team or peruse the many articles detailing our platform’s capabilities.

To get started, click the icon in the bottom left corner of your account.

Ask a Question

Send us a message, and our system will prompt you to provide a few details to help us route your request. We’ll curate relevant articles to provide you with immediate assistance.

If the articles do not fully address your needs, you can submit a request to our support team for further personalized support.

Search For Help

You can search our Help Center for content related to the question or topic.

When you click Search for Help, a new page populates our Help Center’s collection of articles should you want to dive head-first into a subject matter.

💡Note: When searching for help, you'll be navigated to the Help section of the Help Center.

Otherwise, you can just input a keyword, phrase, or question into the search bar for relevant articles on the topic.

Navigating Suggested Topics

You’ll notice a subset of topics personalized to your needs listed on your in-app support's homepage. Those topics could include:

  • Impression Tracking

  • Visit Tracking Parameters

  • Visit URL

  • How to Interpret 3rd-Party Audience Size
