How to Contact Support Using the Messenger

The fastest way to reach us is through the Messenger available directly in the MNTN platform. When you open the Messenger you’ll have two options:

  • Ask a question

  • Submit a request

Submit a Request (for faster handoff to a human)

If you know you need to talk to a real person, type “Submit a request.” We’ll ask what you need help with, then connect you with the right Support team member.

Ask a Question (AI-first support experience)

If you type a question, our AI assistant will try to help you right away. It’s trained to answer common questions and guide you through next steps.

If the AI doesn’t fully solve your issue, you have options:

  • Click “Get more help” to be handed off to a human

  • Or just type “speak to a person” at any time

What to Expect

  1. We’ll send your question to the right team. No extra steps needed.

  2. Our team sees your full chat history, so you won’t have to repeat yourself.

  3. The more details you share, the better we can help.

  4. You’ll always be connected with someone who knows the topic inside and out.

You don’t need to talk to the AI to find helpful content. Just open the Messenger and use the search bar at the top to browse our Help Center directly.

You’ll find detailed guides, FAQs, and walkthroughs — all available 24/7, no interaction required.
