Once our AI completes its review, there are three outcomes after this process.
Domain Review Status
Status | Description |
Approved | After a thorough review of the website’s text and images present at the time of our initial analysis, we did not detect any violations of MNTN’s content guidelines. |
Escalated | We have found that your company URL did not successfully pass all of our checks. An Intercom ticket has been filed with the reasons for this escalation, and it will be reviewed further by our Platform Experience team. |
Failed | Your website is currently in a pending state due to one of the following reasons:
We will automatically retry the review process up to three times. If we are unable to approve the domain after these attempts, it will remain in a “pending” status. Should the issue persist, your domain will be escalated to our Platform Experience team for manual review. |
