You can display creators’ social handles on your videos to give credit and build trust with your audience.
ℹ️ This feature works in the fullscreen viewer for any widget with the fullscreen player enabled. The handles won’t appear on slides on the carousel or grid widgets and will not be displayed on the floating player.
To enable it:
Go to your Moast Dashboard
Navigate to Settings > Widget Settings > Fullscreen player
Check the box “Show social user handles”
That’s it! Your shoppable videos and images will now show and link to the creator’s social account.
When importing media from Instagram or TikTok, Moast automatically imports the creator’s social handle. You can view this handle in your Media Library.
This is the handle that will be displayed on your content in widgets. If a media item doesn’t have a handle, nothing will be shown for that content.
