ℹ️ Moast currently doesn’t have a built-in option to change video thumbnails directly in the dashboard. However, you can update them using Shopify files.
How to Update Your Video Thumbnail:
In your Moast dashboard, go to your Media Library and click the video you want to update.
Click the pencil icon in the top right corner.
This will open the video file in Shopify. Update the thumbnail there.
Return to Moast and reload the page to see the new thumbnail.
📌 Note: This is a temporary workaround. We’re currently building a feature that will allow you to change video thumbnails directly in the Moast app.
Things to Note:
Moast videos are vertical by default. For best results, use a thumbnail image with a 9:16 aspect ratio.
Recommended size: 1080 x 1920 pixels to ensure it looks sharp on all devices.
Using a thumbnail that’s too small or the wrong ratio may result in cropping.
